Clarity is a general-wellness and community product. It reminds, tracks, and connects — it never diagnoses, treats, or tells you what medication to take. When something looks like a question for a clinician, we say so and help you book one. Creators must tag paid partnerships, and health-claim language in product listings is automatically held for review.

Every purchase is from the presenter, who is the merchant of record — returns, refunds, and card disputes are between you, them, and the card network under their policy. Clarity provides the venue and payment rails and charges the presenter a platform fee; it never holds your money and never adjudicates.

What the rails enforce, automatically: shipped orders must carry a tracking number within 5 days or the order refunds itself in full. The listing video, tracking record, and settled transaction are preserved as the evidence file for both sides of any dispute.
